1

Prevent

Just like regular maintenance on your car, your body needs regular “tune-ups” to stay in optimal condition. Our Athletic Therapists focus on identifying and addressing potential imbalances before they lead to injury, helping you feel confident and move with ease in daily activities.

2

Assess

Every session begins with a thorough assessment, where we look at your medical history, past injuries, and current activities to identify any underlying issues. Using a “test-treat-test” approach, we ensure that treatments are working and continuously evaluate your progress.

3

Treat

With personalized exercises—such as stretching, strengthening, posture correction, and biomechanics—we address the root causes of discomfort or limitation. Our hands-on treatments and customized rehab plans empower you to manage pain, prevent future injuries, and improve overall movement for long-term health.

Our Therapists

Kerri Dunsmore, Certified Athletic Therapist

My philosophy is very simple when it comes to getting better and feeling better: Safety, awareness, joint mobility, stability, practice.

Safety: My top priority is keeping your central nervous system (CNS) feeling safe and empowered. Healing happens in a “rest and digest” state, not in stress or “fight or flight.”

Awareness: I help you identify areas your brain may have lost connection with due to past injuries or compensation patterns, so you can move more efficiently.

Joint Mobility: Full range of motion is key. If a joint can’t move fully, the muscles around it won’t either. Restoring mobility allows for better movement.

Stability: Stability in the joints is essential for safe, pain-free movement. Without it, joints can’t move through their full range, leading to inefficiency and discomfort.

Practice: You’ll receive personalized exercises to integrate into your daily life, sport, or postures. Consistent practice builds new, efficient movement patterns and strengthens healing.

In my sessions, I focus on empowering you with knowledge and exercises so you can continue healing on your own. You’ll leave feeling informed and in control of your recovery.

Jaymie Grove, Certified Athletic Therapist

My approach to treatment is grounded in a full-body perspective: assessment, hands-on treatment, education, movement, and consistency.

Assessment: I look at how your entire body moves and functions as a system. A full-body assessment reveals not just where the pain is, but why it’s happening.

Hands-On Treatment: I use a manual therapy approach to help restore balance in your body, improve joint mechanics, and create space for more efficient movement.

Education: You’ll learn what’s happening in your body, why it matters, and how to make meaningful changes. Understanding your own body is the first step toward long-term progress.

Movement: I spend a lot of time providing you with intentional and functional movements to help retrain the brain and body to work together again.

Consistency: Healing isn’t a quick fix—it’s a process. With consistent, personalized strategies, you’ll build new patterns that support lasting change.

In every session, my goal is to help you understand your body, feel more connected to it, and walk away with tools you can use daily to support your own recovery.
