Do you get foot or knee pain when you are active? Join me by mobilizing and strengthening our lower body! We’ll always start with the lacrosse ball rolling of the feet. Then each class will be unique in where and how we focus on mobilizing and strengthening the rest of the lower body! This class is great to prevent and treat conditions like: plantar fascitis, bunions, runners knee or piriformis syndrome.

Joint Flossing

Going through each joint to isolate the range of motion that each joint can do. Easing in and out of these movements creates more awareness and proprioception, ultimately increasing your movement in your daily and athletic activities. This is injury prevention for your joints and surrounding muscles, tendons and ligaments. Joint flossing is also a great awareness and self-assessment tool to start noticing and listening to your own nervous system.

Hips & Back

Does your low back or hips ever feel really stiff, sore or weak? Please join Jaymie & Kerri for this collab class to learn how to move optimally in your own body. We will be teaching how to mobilize, strengthen, and perfect your body biomechanics to get you pain free and strong. We will be using some weights and bands in this class.

Shoulder, Arms & Neck

Often an area of your body that you don’t think about, until you have pain! In this class we will work our upper body. This will include mobilizing and strengthening neck, t-spine, shoulders, scapulas, elbows, wrist and hands! Lots of areas, tons of muscles – it’s time to pay attention and become resilient to neck, upper back and shoulder pain. We’ll be using bands and some weights. But we will be doing quite a bit of movement as well!

Lunchtime Mobility
45-minutes, Offered by Steffi

This 45 minute full body mobility class will take you through exercises for every joint with a specific focus on the hips and lower back, as well as shoulders and wrists. Step away from your desk and come back from your lunchbreak feeling great.
